B.A.R.E. is built on a simple belief: meet people where they are, treat them with dignity, and stay until they're standing on their own. Since 2018 we've walked with hundreds of people from crisis into stability, and we're just getting started.

Inside Safe Housing
As a service provider for the City of Los Angeles' Inside Safe initiative, we deliver permanent housing assistance, 24/7 support, three meals a day, and intensive case management.
Interim Housing
Safe, stable places to stay paired with case management, meals, and the education and employment support that turn a bed into a path forward.
Mentorship
Since 2019 we've partnered with schools across the region, helping young people set goals, finish school, and build confidence.
Wellness & Outreach
Whole-person support and weekly community service, because stability is about more than a roof.
